Dr. Levacy began performing refractive surgery in 1982. His prior refractive surgical experience has included radial keratotomy, lamellar keratoplasty, epikeratophakia and photorefractive keratectomy (PRK): earlier precursors to the current LASIK procedure. He is certified on the Summit Excimer Laser as well as the newer VISX STAR 4 Excimer Laser System. He is one of the founding partners of the first laser center in Houston: The Eye Laser Center of Houston. From 1996 to February 1999 he took patients for the Houston center for PRK and LASIK surgery. With the opening of the Eye Laser Center of Beaumont with its STAR 4 Laser and Hansatome microkeratome, all patients have since had surgery performed in Beaumont. In addition to performing Laser Vision Correction on many patients, he has also utilized the procedure to help members of his medical staff, three daughters and two sons decrease their dependence on glasses and contact lenses. 

Dr. Harmon first became interested in Laser Vision Correction during his residency training where he observed some of the initial patients treated with Photo Refractive Keratectomy (PRK) in the U.S. clinical trials. He was first certified using the Summit Excimer Laser in 1996 and began performing the PRK procedure. His first patient, a local nurse, is still seeing 20/20 without glasses. He changed to the VISX Star2 Excimer Laser in late 1996 when it was approved for PRK by the FDA. He is one of the founding members of the Eye Laser Center of Houston. In early 1998 Dr. Harmon began performing the LASIK procedure. Dr. Harmon helped found the Eye Laser Center of Beaumont in February 1999. He is now able to offer Laser Vision Correction to the local community which includes Beaumont and the surrounding area. Dr. Harmon uses the VISX Star4 Excimer Laser System, with the Smoothscan Software, and the Hansatome Keratome. To date, many patients, friends, family members, staff and fellow physicians are enjoying spectacle independence.

Dr. Raizada is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Raizada focuses his practice to general Ophthalmology, cataract surgery, refractive surgery, diabetic exams, cosmetic eyelid surgery, and Botox.
